This program is designed to help emergency services workers and disaster mental health specialists to learn the signs and symptoms of Critical Stress and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This is a FREE class open to all first responders. This class is hosted by Singerly Fire Company, Cecil County EMS, and the Trauma Survivors Foundation. The class will be presented by Dennis Carradin and members of the Trauma Survivors Foundation.
